Position Overview: As the Learn to Swim Manager, you’ll oversee the entire swimming lesson program, from scheduling to staff training, and ensuring the highest quality of instruction for all participants. This position reports directly to the Aquatics Coordinator. You’ll ensure that lessons are effectively taught, instructors are well-prepared, and swimmers have a positive learning experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including staff scheduling and evaluations.
- Ability to lead on-site training and certification completion for swim instructors.
- Previous experience of at least three years teaching or supervising swimming lessons.
- Certification as an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor required.
