What You'll Do:
- Oversee the City's computer network, hardware, and software systems.
- Manage user access via Active Directory and Office 365 Administration.
- Coordinate with server and network support providers to maintain the City's wide-area network.
- Ensure the security of Blair's network infrastructure and protect it from intrusion or corruption.
- Scope, recommend, purchase, and configure IT hardware and software to meet departmental needs.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on IT tools and processes while maintaining hardware and software inventories.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Administration, or a related field required.
- Experience: A minimum of five years in systems administration, help desk support, or networking is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
