(Wed-Fri 2:30 - 7:15 PM and Sat-Sun 10:30am - 4:15 PM)

General definition of work:
Performs responsible unskilled work in the operation and care of a Carousel ride Work is performed under regular supervision

- Responsible for the daily operations of carousel
- Provides quality customer service
- Perform necessary daily inspections of rides
- Keep daily records as required
- Maintain cleanliness of ride interior and exterior
- Provide safe and friendly customer service
- Must be able to effectively communicate information to the Public
RELATED TASKS:
- Assists with the set up and breakdown of events and meeting rooms
- Assists with Special Events
- Perform other duties within the scope of position as assigned
- basic knowledge of ride operation and safety procedures.
- familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- functioning in a fast-paced atmosphere
Ability to:
- communicate with the public in a courteous and professional manner
- establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates
- follow written and oral directions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and at least one (1) year of customer service experience.
