The City of Boise is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented college student to join our team for a summer internship focused on data management and categorizing businesses for accurate sewer usage billing. What You’ll Do:

• Categorize and Verify Business Information: Help review and categorize undefined businesses for sewer billing purposes, ensuring that records are accurate and up to date.
• Data Management: Assist with data entry, updating, and organizing business records using Excel and other tools to ensure proper categorization.
• Customer Outreach: Reach out to businesses via phone and email to gather missing information and clarify existing records.
• Research: Use online resources to verify business details and ensure accurate categorization for billing.

Skills You’ll Need:

• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy and the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
• Good Communication: Comfortable communicating professionally by phone and email with businesses and property owners.
