The City of Bothell is looking for an outgoing and eager-to-learn person to be our next Parks Maintenance Worker in our Parks and Recreation Department. This position will be dedicated to maintaining the 26 parks, 4 trail systems, and 2 cemeteries within the City’s Park service area.
The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and be trained in the maintenance of the City's park infrastructure.
What will you do in this position?
- Perform routine maintenance of City trail systems, parks, grounds, and facilities.
- Operate a variety of vehicles, equipment, and hand and power tools.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers and staff from other departments.
- Interact with the public.
A successful candidate in this position will:
- Ensure clear and efficient communication of information and ideas through diverse communication channels.
- Take initiative for reaching objectives and achieving quality results.
- Collaborate both within the organization and externally to foster effective partnerships.
- Effectively evaluate and prioritize various tasks, projects, and demands.

Salary : $68,836 - $87,530
