The City of Bowling Green is currently seeking a full time Capital Projects Manager. This position is part of the Engineering Division of the Public Infrastructure Bureau.
Position Summary: The Capital Projects Manager is responsible for capital project planning and construction project management assisting multiple City Departments with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and construction administration for a variety of transportation, utilities, infrastructure, and building projects.
Experience & Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related area. Five (5) years’ experience in capital project management and administration of utilities, transportation, facilities, and building projects. Professional Engineer license or ability to acquire preferred. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
Pay & Benefits: The salary range is $84,281 to $107,640 per year in Pay Band 6 of the City’s Wage Ordinance. Benefits include: generous vacation & sick leave; paid holidays; affordable medical plan options, dental, vision and life insurance; Ohio Public Employees Retirement (OPERS).
