As a City StreetsMaintenance Worker, you'll tackle a variety of hands-on tasks to keep our roads, facilities, and equipment in top shape.
No two days are the same, and your work makes a real impact on the community.
What You'll Do:
- Keep Our Streets Safe Assist with road, sidewalk, and facility maintenance, including snow removal and repairs.
- Maintain & Repair Equipment Make minor adjustments, replace worn parts, and keep tools in top shape.
- Track & Report Work Maintain records, complete forms, and submit reports as needed.
- Care for City Greenery Prune, fertilize, and treat trees and shrubs while safely removing damaged branches.
- Operate Heavy Equipment Drive dump trucks, snowplows, and bucket trucks to complete essential tasks.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting hourly wage is $20.06 perhour and will increase to$20.86per hour after 6 months of successful probation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
One (1) year of experience in performing semi-skilled building or mechanical, construction, or grounds maintenance tasks.
WORK HOURS: Monday throughFriday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Some after hours will be required.
WORK LOCATION:In and around the City of Branson, Missouri; This position requires work to be performed onsite.
