WORK LOCATION: City of Branson, Missouri; City Hall. This is an in office position requiring work to be performed onsite.

What You'll Do
- Keep Leaders in the Loop Share key insights on hiring, performance, safety, and more to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Handle Claims & Benefits Support employees with workers' comp, FMLA, tuition reimbursement, and open enrollment.
- Welcome & Support Employees Lead new hire orientations, onboard seasonal staff, and be a go-to resource for policy questions.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly Track property damage, manage data entry, verify employment, and handle background checks.
- Build Connections Work closely with staff, applicants, and the public while supporting HR programs across departments.

What are the Requirements?
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a full-time Human Resources role.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, IPMA-CP certification(s) OR graduation from a college, university, or institution of higher learning regionally accredited through the U.S. Department of Education through one of its regional accrediting agencies with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace software.
- A valid driver's license.
