PURPOSE: The Seasonal Laborer/Operator performs day-to-day maintenance and improvement of grounds, facilities, equipment and services associated with the mission of various City departments. The incumbents of these positions work approximately 32-40 hour work weeks and may be assigned during the months from March through November. Actual work time is dependent on the weather and staffing needs of the City. Employment is at-will, and may be terminated at any time by the City. REQUIREMENTS:
- At least age 18.
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Requires some experience and training beyond high school in general grounds maintenance or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, abilities, and skills.
- Ability to work a 6 month seasonal position.
