*Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Buffalo Range. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will report directly to the Bar Manager and work collaboratively with the rest of the bar staff to ensure a positive experience for our patrons.
*Duties:*
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer preferences and company standards.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and manage payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the bar as required.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for managing transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
