Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled trade professional to join our team as a maintenance technician lead. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of skilled tasks involving multiple building trades. You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent service to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more skilled building trades, including carpentry, caulking, electrical, glazing, masonry, mechanical, painting, plastering, and plumbing. A current New York State driver's license is also required.
