What you will do:
An employee in this position performs a variety of athletic maintenance and landscaping duties.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to include a maximum of 29 hours per week. Field Preparation:
Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
Driver’s License: A valid North Carolina Driver’s License is required.
Maintenance Expertise: Should possess general knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment operation.
Team Collaboration: Must demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with fellow team members.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

- Dragging and chalking athletic fields daily to ensure readiness for play.
- Performing general landscaping tasks such as mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing, and pulling weeds.
- Operating specialized equipment, including reel mowers and tractors, to maintain athletic turf.
- Driving a city truck with a trailer to transport equipment and supplies as needed.
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms to maintain a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Collecting litter and emptying trash receptacles to keep the grounds clean.
- Assisting with other maintenance tasks as assigned to support overall operations.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
