- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three (3) years of experience in web programming and computer/electronics, with experience directly related to databases, workflows, and computer operations administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Interfaces closely with the user community to understand business process flows to seek improvement from the utilization of application software.
- Implements and supports various commercial business application software packages, with specific focus in designated area or application(s). Works closely with the user base to understand business process flows to optimize use of the supported systems.
- Designs, writes, modifies, and tests computer programs, databases and reports to provide needed capabilities where either the capabilities are not available commercially or where the commercial systems are too expensive or large in scope relative to the particular requirement. Works closely with the user community to understand business process flows. Monitors systems and reports for accuracy.
- Administers servers/systems in designated area or application(s), i.e., ESRI ArcGIS, Cartegraph.
- Develops business and system flow charts and related procedures and system documentation.
