Qualifications
Six (6) months of experience in related field of manual labor
Must possess a valid state driver's license and obtain a valid Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilizes various manual, gas, and electrical tools and equipment in the performance of assigned tasks, and maintains such for safe and productive use.
Performs daily preparation of assigned vehicle, related equipment and supplies.
Performs minor maintenance and repair on city property as directed.
Assists skilled personnel in construction projects and cleanup as directed.
Repairs and cleans water, wastewater or stormwater lines/structures, responds to wastewater or stormwater backups, and re-sods construction areas.
Performs other related duties as required.
