What are the responsibilities and job description for the Municipal Utility Clerk position at City of Carterville?
The City of Carterville is accepting applications for the Carterville Water & Sewer Department for the position of full-time Utility Clerk. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills and bookkeeping experience. Position is responsible for water/sewer/trash utility billing, printing and mailing utility bills, running and distributing post-billing reports, accepting payments on accounts and general bookkeeping activities. Starting salary range is $15 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
