To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, EMS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of fire/EMS leadership experience, including supervisory roles.
- Iowa/National Paramedic Certification.
- Class B CDL and Iowa Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
