Position: Dam Technician - Yelm

Date Open: April 8, 2025

Status: full time, IBEW, non-exempt

Salary: $39.98/hr ((2025 wages)

General Function:

Maintains river and canal flows at required levels. Performs general maintenance, repair, and security activities at the diversion dam, the powerhouse, or along the 9 mile canal.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. and one year of general maintenance experience, or any combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and abilities required to perform the job.
• Valid Washington State driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) is required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
