Chandler Aquatics is seeking a responsible, self-motivated, and organized Assistant Pool Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with good decision-making skills regarding employee scheduling, training, and coaching employees, prioritizing daily work assignments, and performing daily duties efficiently.

- 1 year of high school; and
- 1 year of experience as a lifeguard and swimming instructor; and
- Nationally recognized Lifeguard Certification; and
- A Swim Lesson Instructor Certification within 2 months of hire or promotion; and
- A valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record; or
- A ny equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
- 2 years as a lifeguard or swimming instructor;
- Some college courses;
- StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Instructor and/or Swim Lesson Instructor Trainer Certification(s).
