Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of volunteers, maintaining existing members, increasing long-term engagement, and recruiting new participants.
- Train volunteers to assist with education programs, including in-school presentations and tabling events.
- Respond to volunteer inquiries and develop methods for appreciation and recognition.
- Promote public volunteer opportunities to expand engagement, connecting the community with KCB programs/events.
- Coordinate logistics and supply needs for all projects/events, identifying funding sources as needed.
- Track event data and expand outreach efforts to build relationships with community partners.
