Seeking a motivated, dependable & positive personality for ACT (Assertive Community Treatment).
The Administrative Coordinator must be able to effectively engage with individuals who have a serious mental illness, work in a fast-paced and unpredictable work environment, be highly independent, organized, and pay close attention to detail. The primary goal of this position is to ensure high fidelity to ACT standards as defined by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and the Department of Medical Assistance Services.
- Monitoring and coordinating the team schedule and preparing monthly staffing schedule, Actively participating and co-facilitating daily team meetings
- Reviewing program BI reports to ensure clinical updates, documentation, and ACT fidelity standards are maintained.
- Receiving, screening, and routing incoming telephone calls to ensure timely response to participant needs. Triaging calls that may be urgent or emergent in nature.
- Serving as a liaison between staff and those supported in the program. Supporting staff both in the office and while in the field.
- Reviewing Electronic Medical as needed to complete the program, state required data, and statistical reports and Collecting medical billing information.
- Providing statistical trend profiles and reports to ensure high fidelity of ACT services.
- Serving as ancillary clinical backup to address emergent needs as determined by the Team Leader and within the scope of this position.
- Performs routine accounting tasks such as processing incoming checks, reviewing invoices and vouchers.

Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business/public administration, budget/finance administration, management/program analysis, or a closely related field.
Experience:
In addition to satisfying the vocational/education standards, this class requires a minimum of two years of full-time equivalent experience in administrative support and supervision.
Special Certifications and Licenses:
Requires a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is in compliance with City Driving Standards.
