Position involves heavy customer service and contact with the public. No minimum number of hours are guaranteed.NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESMust be at least 16 years of ageMust be able to communicate effectively and clearly with the public and other staffSkills in office work, computer/typing skills, clerical experience, sufficient math skills to handle making change and reconciling cash receipts preferred. Telephone and customer service skills requiredMust be bondableEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school graduate or equivalent; ORAny equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesCERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIREDRequired to have a Texas Food Handler Certification- Must provide certification Required to have a CPR/AED/First Aid certification, preferred ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND SAFETY HAZARDSPrimarily in an outdoor environment with the ability to operate indoor/outdoor when needed. May be exposed to extreme heat and cold during summer and winter months. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USEDStandard office equipment including multi-line telephone, computer, fax machine, copier, scanner, printer, etc.Must be able to use equipment in concession
