Asian Liaison Summer Intern
Duration: March through December 2025
Under the direction of the Community Relations Board Director, Intern is to work directly Director in translate of information, conduct surveys around the Asian Community on needs and city services of interest helping to develop an overall outreach plan to better serve the Asian Community
- Translate information both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of social media, photography, and marketing.
- Execute marketing activities
- Assist with administrative duties such as event tracking, correspondence
- Assist with community issues and concerns with the Asian communities.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be fluent in Chinese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
- Strong fluency in Microsoft Office products like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work independently, exercising responsible judgment and initiative
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Candidate must be available to work within the prescribed hours or if flexible hours or offered, during the season in which he or she is employed.
