Preferred Qualifications:
Have proven experience as an administrative assistant. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). Have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Duties:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones, customer service, scheduling, filing, and closing out files. Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas. Assist in tracking deadlines and providing weekly reports on assignments. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
