As an Airport Design and Construction Manager, you will:
- Lead the design and construction team.
- In collaboration with the airport leadership and other stakeholders develop a comprehensive capital program.
- Oversee and manage the implementation of planned airport capital projects.
- Identify project scope, budget, cost estimates, schedule, and resources; coordinate and oversee design development.
- Develop project scope and manage contracts with architects and engineers.
- Conduct periodic reviews to determine the status of current and future capital programs and collaborate with Finance to develop funding plans.
- Coordinate comprehensive plan reviews with staff, outside departments, airport tenants, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee the completion of construction documents and technical specifications; administer construction contracts and manage the bid process.
- Ensure project compliance with established budgets and perform final acceptance inspections.
- Identify potential issues and provide guidance on resolution.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, planning, real estate development, project management, or a related field.
- Five years of professional experience in airport planning, design, construction, and real estate development, including two years in a supervisory role.
