The Colorado Springs Airport is ready to welcome a Program Administrator I to the Marketing & Communication team! perform a range of administrative, analytical, and strategic operational tasks that support the Marketing and Communication Department, as well as various public programs. This position encompasses the management of current initiatives, conducting thorough needs assessments, evaluating and implementing procedural enhancements, and developing and overseeing program budgets and revenue reports. This individual will be responsible for managing program contracts, devising innovative outreach strategies, and cultivating essential community partnerships.
Benefits Offered
Hourly Salary: $31.75 - $38.12
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Potential for flexibility based on occasional project deadlines and operational requirements.
Pre-Employment Requirements: The selected candidate must pass (or have already passed) a fingerprint-based criminal history records check as required by the Transportation Security Administration.

As a Program Administrator I, You Will
- Identify, implement, and coordinate the Airport's internal advertising program
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives to optimize and expand internal advertising revenue
- Oversee contract and agreement administration, ensuring compliance and effective communication with clients
- Manage client relationships, asset inventories, and maintain accurate tracking of advertising resources
- Establish competitive rates for advertising opportunities and prepare comprehensive media kits to attract prospective clients
- Coordinate upgrades to advertising platforms to ensure the deployment of contemporary technology
- Administer the Airport's in-kind exchange marketing program, fostering beneficial partnerships between the Airport and community organizations
- Plan and execute community and corporate outreach initiatives designed to build relationships and enhance the Airport's reputation
- Oversee the coordination of the Airport's public art program, collaborating with community partners to display artistic works throughout the Airport
- Employ current market data to inform decision-making processes, drive improvements in programs, and develop marketing strategies
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
- Provide assistance with various projects and tasks as required by the Marketing and Communications Department
