**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage a team of seasonal staff, including lifeguards and water safety instructors
- Develop and implement safety programs, ensuring compliance with water sanitation standards
- Maintain accurate records of pool activities, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Perform lifeguard and water safety instructor duties as needed
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., recreation, leisure studies, or a related field)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pool management, lifeguarding, or a related field
