The purpose of this job is to perform various skilled tasks in vehicle maintenance, primarily preventive and light maintenance work.

- Performs service and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses automotive problems.
- Tests parts and systems to ensure proper operation.
- Cleans and maintains workspace.
- Assists coworkers as needed.
- Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience - An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 years of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
Licenses or Certifications
- Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no air brake restriction within 6 months of hire date.
- Motor Vehicle Inspector License.
- Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Equipment Certification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities which may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with this position

- Vehicle maintenance procedures.

- Changing engine oil and filter, checking fluids, rotating tires, and repairing/ replacing parts.
