Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.
The hiring range is $16.89 - $19.24 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age and possess a valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment. Experience in grounds maintenance work, parks, landscape, lawn care, and cemeteries is preferred but not required. Should have a desire to work on a golf course; understanding the game of golf is preferred but not required.

Recreation Center Membership : Employees are eligible for a membership to the Commerce City Recreation Center for $5.00 per year.
Golf Course Green Fees : Employees can play the City's award-winning Buffalo Run Golf Course at a rate of $9.00 for 9-holes or $18.00 for 18-holes. Employees can also purchase golf merchandise at discounted prices.
Benefits : The city monitors the hours worked for seasonal and variable hour employees. In the event that they work more than 1,560 hours within the ACA measurement period, they will be offered health benefits.
Wellness : Employees are eligible to earn up to $100 for participation in various wellness activities offered by the City throughout the year.
Eligibility for Pay Increases : Employees are eligible for a pay increase around the time of their annual appraisal following a successful evaluation.
