The hiring range is $67,962.42 - $75,513.80 / Annually

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree and two years of progressively responsible experience in a human resources environment. An equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Knowledge of :
- Full cycle recruiting processes
- Human Resources methods and best practices
- Federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing employers and employees
- Equal Employment Opportunity regulations, Equal Pay Act, and Americans with Disability laws, and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
- Operations, functions, and scope of authority of all City departments
- Human Resources and employment law terminology
- Database reporting tools
