Job Title: Recreation Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Recreation and Facilities team as a Recreation Assistant. This role involves supporting the daily operations of our recreation centers, including supervising recreational activities, maintaining facility cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in recreational activities, such as sports leagues, fitness classes, and special events
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of recreation facilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with program registration, event planning, and marketing efforts
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with recreation programming and operations
Salary Range: $20.51-$30.77 per hour, based on experience.
