Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or 1-3 months prior relevant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid AR Driver’s License.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in adverse physical environment (inclement weather.)
• Ability to operate mowers, weed eaters, pick up litter, empty trash containers and perform ballfield maintenance.
• Must have the ability to achieve work goals, follow City policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to work a maximum of 29 hours per week. This is a daytime position.
