A police recruit is a temporary status for new employees while they complete the following :
Satisfactorily attend and complete the Basic Course in Applied Police Science (BCAPS, also known as Basic Police Academy)

Pay Structure
This opportunity is non-exempt and budgeted on a Step Plan. Pay for this opportunity will depend on qualifications.
Starting Annualized Salary : $38.13 ($79,310)
Starting Annualized Salary- Step 1 : $39.66 ($82,500)
