The City of Crestwood Public Works Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Building Maintenance Technician II. Perform and direct others in manual building maintenance operations, including painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and plumbing. Inspect, maintain, diagnose, repair, and replace building mechanical and electrical systems. Perform snow removal operations at the city facilities or as a part of the Street snow removal operations. Perform and direct others in skilled and semi-skilled preventative, routine and minor maintenance to HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems at City facilities, including pool and aquatics facilities. Perform other building maintenance and related work as assigned

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
