What are the responsibilities and job description for the Police Officer position at City of Cripple Creek?
May be within 60 days of graduation from a POST Academy to apply, please provide that graduation date. If you are an out of state peace officer you must have started the process with POST to qualify.
Patrols assigned beat on foot, or in patrol car to control traffic, prevent crime or disturbance of peace and arrest violators.
Must be 21 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid Colorado Driver's License.
Must be able to pass all physical and psychological exams, background checks, a pre-employment drug test and provide an acceptable motor vehicle record from all states in which a license has been held within the previous three years.
