Description
Serves as a point of contact between the department and its clients. Assists with IT services related to client interactions, business, administrative support, and data analysis.

- Provides entry-level business process support by assisting with gathering, validating, and documenting business processes; by serving as the bridge between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring both sides work amicably towards organizational goals, by assisting in research to identify best practices; and by communicating the benefits of proposed solutions to supervisor.
- Provides administrative support for reporting and data analytics by extracting information from various sources to assist the department in making informed decisions, by supporting the maintenance of basic dashboards and reports; and by helping in data validation efforts and providing recommendations for data inputs.
- Builds client relationships by aiding in the success of client engagement assisting and supporting client relationships and onboarding solutions; by assisting with strategies to build and foster positive relationships with clients; by helping develop technical training materials and facilitating basic training sessions; by engaging with stakeholders to address client needs and requests; and by attending Technical User Group meetings.
- Provides IT Service Desk analyst support by creating basic incident reports and maintaining the knowledge base; by assisting in updating the IT Service Catalog; and by identifying opportunities for service improvements.
- Provides administrative support for the department by providing financial and payroll support; by tracking and ordering department supplies; by organizing and maintaining department electronic files; by managing training and meeting room calendars; by managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and vendor invoices; and by providing other associated administrative support.
- Meets regularly with internal staff to share information to formulate consistent and appropriate responses to departments; collaborates with staff regularly by attending staff meetings and supporting project teams; and by participating in user group meetings and completing assigned tasks.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Attends training sessions.
- Performs additional duties to support operational requirements as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Associate degree with general knowledge in a customer service or technical field, or one to three years related experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the specific requirements listed above
