What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASAP Program Aide_Part Time position at City of Deer Park, TX?
GENERAL PURPOSE
Performs a variety of administrative and semi-skilled tasks in the operation and maintenance of the After School Program.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Works under the general supervision of the All Star Activity Program Leader
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Will lead 5-12 year olds in recreation setting, manage behavior problems, assist with activities and enforce policies and procedures.
Assistance with Gameroom and Special Events may be necessary during peak times.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Course work in Elementary Education, first aid and CPR certificates desireable. Work experience with 5-12 year olds in a recreational setting a plus.
