Equipment Operator III, Range 13, $17.43/hr.
Commercial Driver’s License-(CDL-A) is desired.
Open until filled.
The City of Deming is seeking qualified applicants for a regular full time, Equipment Operator III,
located in the Streets Department.
Requirements of the position: The primary responsibility of the selected employee will be to assist the
Streets department in a wide variety of skilled work in the operation of heavy automotive and specialized
street maintenance equipment.

Applicant shall possess:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid NM Driver’s License (NOTE: Possession of a valid State of New Mexico
for certain designated positions involving the occasional operation of trucks and
trailers over 26,001 lbs. in accordance with DOT regulations.)
- Good working knowledge of heavy vehicle and equipment used in the position.
