The purpose of this position is to ensure City parks and public areas are maintained and provide a clean and safe public park environment. This is accomplished by completing maintenance and repairs to City grounds; operating equipment; performing minor equipment repairs; maintaining park and playground equipment; performing landscaping duties; cleaning and maintaining public restrooms; setting up and breaking down equipment for events; and removing graffiti. Other duties include operating City vehicles and responding to emergency maintenance requests.

Vacation
Non-civil service employees accrue 6.67 hours per month (2 weeks per year).

Holidays
