Salary Range : $68,538 - $77,544 (based on qualifications and experience) plus $1.00-night differential pay

EMPLOYER-PAID BENEFITS
On a sliding scale based on tenure with the City, 96 hours annual accrual for years 1-5.

Sliding scale based on tenure with City (After 5 years of Service). Paid annually.
3 days per occurrence; up to 9 days per year with supervisor approval.
o Additional hourly compensation for non-exempt employees working regularly scheduled hours between 6 : 00 PM and 6 : 00 AM.
Up to 8 hours of pay for a declared event for scheduled staff. Premium pay for essential staff required to work.
A maximum of $1500.00 will be available to any one employee per semester (or semester equivalent).
12 holidays plus one day for birthday.

Monthly Employee Share : 7 / 1 / 23 - 6 / 30 / 25 (Rate increase expected 7 / 1 / 25)
Family - $408.50 / month / Single - $168.99 / month
For every 1 year employed by the City of Dickinson, the City will pay an additional 1% of your health insurance (If you're employed with the City for 20 years, your insurance would be 100% paid)
HealthEquity Medical Flex Spending Account - The City puts $450.00 into a Medical Spending Account annually for Full-Time employees for out-of-pocket medical costs. (Pro-rated for PT Regular employees)
NDPERS - Employee contributes 7% of compensation; Employer contributes 9.26%. (Mandatory Participation)
