Under the direction of the Service Manager and the Member Services Coordinator, successful candidates are responsible for the efficient functioning of the front desks at the Dublin Community Outdoor Pools; North and South. Please note that the front desk areas are indoors, covered and air-conditioned.

Supplemental Information: All positions within this job classification have been designated as Casual in nature and all employees serving in such positions are considered to be Casual Employees. Casual employees serve strictly at the pleasure of the City and their employment may be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause.

Scheduling/Availability
- The scheduling process is flexible with a variety of shifts available
- The nature of this position may require the successful candidate to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Successful candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day
- Some availability is required during the week of May 19th to complete mandatory compliance and onboarding training. Training time is paid.

- Must be at least 17 years of age by May 24, 2025
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and deal courteously with the public
- Must be willing to work diligently and conscientiously when dealing with work schedule and responsibilities
