Description
The seasonal worker will perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks for the public works department. The employee will work up to approximately 40 hours per week for a maximum of 115 days.
Essential Job Functions
- Work on a packer truck for yard debris pickup
- Clean trucks
- Assist work crews with street repairs and routine maintenance
- Conduct outdoor physical labor

Supplemental information
Working Conditions :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work mostly in outside weather conditions. The employee will occasionally be exposed to wet and / or humid conditions, fluctuations in temperature and occasionally chemicals.
Physical Labor :
The employee will be subject to prolonged physical activity including walking, lifting, and moving items weighing up to 40 pounds.
