A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEPUTY MUNICIPAL COURT MARSHAL
As a Deputy Municipal Court Marshal, your work typically involves ensuring bailiff duties and security building entry screening operations are effective. You serve duly issued subpoenas, summons, and other legal processes as ordered by the Court. Your job is essential to the city, you process arrested persons into the Detention Center and performs necessary tasks for processing. You are constantly on your toes and ready for any new and unexpected challenges that may arise in the city. This can include summon jurors and take responsibility while they are deliberating or absent. When you aren't assisting others you maintain accurate records on documents served and arrests. You enjoy being helpful and have no problem providing assistance and support to other divisions within the department as needed. The city needs someone like you with skills in customer service, public relations, and you find genuine enjoyment in what you do!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DEPUTY MUNICIPAL COURT MARSHAL
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred : Master's Degree in related field.
Preferred : Seven (7) years' experience in related field.
