PROGRAM COORDINATOR I (Community Health Worker) - GRANT FUNDED

The Program Coordinator I position earns a competitive pay of $ 12.99 / hr . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROGRAM COORDINATOR I (Community Health Worker)

As a Program Coordinator I, you spend your day being part of community events. Your work typically involves coordinating activities assisting in interdepartmental and citywide events. Your job is essential to the city, you work involves submitting data reports, participate in community events, coordinating wellness activities and city wide events. You are constantly on your toes and ready for any new and unexpected challenges that may arise in the city. This can include provide health risk screenings and nutrition education. You also support environmental and policy change strategies for better population health. You enjoy being helpful and have no problem providing assistance and support to other divisions within the department as needed. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROGRAM COORDINATOR I

• High school diploma, GED or equivalency

Preferred : Bachelor Degree in related field
