Salary Note
To address the City’s budget deficit, City Council approved a 4.62% wage decrease (representing the equivalent of 12 furlough days) in the 2025 budget for non-represented employees effective January 1, 2025. Total furlough days are equivalent to 1 day per month and will be prorated based on the date of hire. City Council also approved a 3% COLA for non-reps, which resulted in a net decrease for non-rep wages of 1.62% over 2024 wages.

The full Salary Range for this position is below and is commensurate with experience and education.
Furlough: 156,674.95 to 209,962.52
Non-Furlough: 164,256.00 to 220,122.00
