Management Internship
The City of El Dorado is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated MPA student with strong analytical skills and a passion for innovative problem solving. This full-time, fellowship-style position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in municipal government while contributing to meaningful projects that make a difference in the community.
Position Overview:
Under the direction of the City Manager, the Management Intern will support various departments through research, data analysis, policy development, and project management. The intern will gain exposure to the inner workings of local government and contribute to executive-level initiatives. The role is designed to be adaptable based on the intern’s areas of interest, and feedback on the experience is encouraged throughout the term.
This is a one- or two-year, full-time, benefited position. Opportunities for continued employment with the City may be evaluated at the conclusion of the fellowship.

Starting Salary: $47,652.00 annually
