We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort's pool area. Duties
- Manage daily operations of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Supervise and train pool staff, including lifeguards and maintenance personnel.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Oversee cash handling procedures for poolside services, including food and beverage sales.
- Prepare reports on pool usage, staff performance, and maintenance needs.
- Implement shift management strategies to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences at the resort.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations related to pool operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment is preferred.
- Background in guest services or as an Assistant Manager is a plus.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing teams effectively.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent report writing skills for documenting incidents and operational needs.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to swimming pools is essential.
- Previous experience in nightclub management or similar environments is beneficial.
