The instructions for the NTN exam are below. If you have already completed the NTN test within 1 year, please let a police recruiter know by emailing policerecruiting@englewoodco.gov.

The applicant is responsible for all fees associated with transferring previous scores to the Englewood Police Department. Please let us know if you need assistance with the cost of the testing, or transfer of the NTN exam scores.

Testing services for the position of Police Officer are conducted through the National Testing Network (NTN). To register with NTN and schedule a test, go to www.nationaltestingnetwork.com, select ‘Find Jobs’, at the top of the page, then select Law “Enforcement Jobs” and scroll down to select the Englewood Police Department.

Once selected, you can complete the NTN registration process and schedule your NTN exam. Prior to taking the online exam, you must review the qualifications, select a response at the bottom of the page and select continue.

After you complete the testing process through NTN your exam scores will automatically be forwarded to the Englewood Police Department. Candidates who attain a passing score on the NTN exam, and meet all other agency requirements, will be placed on the agencies eligibility list to be contacted for further hiring steps in the process.

Please Note: The National Testing Network is a service provided to conduct entry level testing in a standardized, professional environment. The National Testing Network does not replace the Englewood Police Department’s responsibility and decision making in the testing process.  All candidate results are provided to the Englewood Police Department where the final decisions are made.

Once you have successfully completed the application and the NTN exam, you will be contacted via email with further instructions and testing information. This email may take some time as we schedule testing based on the number of eligible applicants we receive.
