About the Role
The Aquatic Facility Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our pool facility. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of the pool.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pool, including staff supervision, customer service, and program development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, budget, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pool and its programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pool management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard Training.
