Salary
We offer competitive salaries based on experience, with rates starting at $66,456 for one year of prior service and increasing to $90,667 for four years or more. Additionally, we provide 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off, vacation credit for prior related service, transfer in previously accrued sick time, 96 hours of Holiday Time, Kelly Time Accrual, Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, Ohio Police and Fire Pension System, and Ohio Deferred Compensation.

Job Description
We are seeking experienced police officers who want to make a difference in our community. As a lateral entry officer, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including SWAT, Bomb Squad, Hostage Negotiators, Mobile Field Force, Detective Bureau, Evidence Technician, Bike Patrol, Drone Operator, and Accident Investigator.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have a minimum of one year of prior law enforcement experience. You must also be certified as a law enforcement officer in the State of Ohio and pass a thorough background check.
