The City of Fayetteville is seeking talented and energetic applicants for an Assistant City Attorney position. This position is responsible for providing a wide range of legal advice to assigned departments, boards and commissions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, ordinances, deeds, leases and other legal documents; representing the City in litigation and at various administrative hearings.
Applicants must possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school; have three years of increasingly responsible experience as a practicing attorney in municipal or government law and a license to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
